Q: How do I clean and care for my Memory Foam Pillow?

Use a pillowcase to keep your Memory Foam Pillow in great shape through its lifecycle. For a clean, long-lasting pillow, we recommend adding a pillow protector for extra protection from dust and other soiling. The Memory Foam Pillow's outer cover is machine washable. To prepare for washing, unzip the outer cover and remove the inner foam core. Wash the cover in cold water alone or in a small load with like colours on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not wash inner foam core.

The Memory Foam Pillow comes with a 60-Night Trial so you can test if it’s the right pillow for you. If it’s your first time sleeping on a memory foam pillow, we recommend trying it out for 2-3 weeks to allow your body to adjust to the new experience.
