• Returns of the mattress will require the customer to return the Birthday Bundle or forfeit an amount equal to the value of the offer, up to a maximum of $685.
• Products included in the Birthday Bundle do not qualify for a product trial.
• Twin & Twin XL Birthday Bundle includes: 1 Everyday Pillow, 1 Everyday Mattress Protector, 1 Everyday Flat Sheet, 1 Everyday Fitted Sheet, 1 Everyday Pillowcase, and 1 Everyday Duvet.

• While supplies last. Add the Complete Birthday Bundle with any qualifying Endy Mattress or Endy Hybrid Mattress purchase. The offer does not apply to Kids Mattresses (Endy Petit). Limit of one (1) Sleep Set per mattress, matching the mattress size. Offer applies automatically when a qualifying mattress is added to the cart. Quantities are limited.
