While they may have a few questions about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the mattress return process at your request and arrange for a no-hassle pickup and, where possible, donation of the returned mattress at no charge to you.

Q: How do I unbox my Endy Mattress?

1. Open the Box Nailed it!You’re almost done. 2. Unroll Pull the plastic flap to unseal the mattress. Unroll and place on your bed frame or foundation. 3. Unwrap Use a pair of scissors to remove the plastic wrap. Carefully cut along the plastic edges, making sure not to damage your mattress cover. 4. Watch It Expand Your Endy Mattress will be ready to sleep on right away and will reach perfect comfort in about a week. 5. Start Sleeping Enjoy a great night’s sleep!
