Endy® Rug Warranty
Learn about our product warranties.
Your new Endy Rug is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty.
Each customer is eligible for a 1-year limited warranty on any rug purchased directly from endy.com. For 1 year following your rug purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the size purchased. This includes all components of the product. There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by Endy at no cost to the customer. If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement product and the trial will resume upon its delivery.Your Responsibility
