Endy Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

The Endy Referral Program (“Program”) is open to existing Endy customers residing in Canada, excluding Quebec (“Advocates”), who refer new customers residing in Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Friends”) to Endy.To participate, both the Advocate and the Friend must be individuals (not businesses) and meet any eligibility requirements set out by Endy. You must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and at least 18 years old to use endy.com (the “Site”). You must visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members, or colleagues.

2. Referral Offer

Advocates may share a unique referral link provided by Endy. Friends who use this link to place their first order of $650 CAD or more (before taxes and fees) on endy.com (a “Qualified Purchase”) will receive a Muslin Blanket (up to $225 in value) with their order.

3. Advocate Rewards

After a Friend completes a Qualified Purchase (a “Successful Referral”):

First Successful Referral: The Advocate will receive one (1) Muslin Blanket (up to $225 CAD retail value).
Second Successful Referral: The Advocate will receive one (1) discount code for 10% off their next Endy order.
Third Successful Referral: The Advocate will receive one (1) Everyday Sleep Set (up to $685 CAD retail value).
Each Additional Successful Referral: The Advocate will receive one (1) discount code for 15% off their next Endy order.

Rewards are subject to availability and must be redeemed in accordance with instructions provided by Endy. Rewards may take up to 30 days to process following verification of a Qualified Purchase.

4. Restrictions

Referral links are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Advocates cannot refer themselves, create multiple accounts, or otherwise abuse the Program.
Referral codes and rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated by Endy.
Referral codes are for one-time use only.
Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other products.
Endy may delay, refuse, or revoke rewards for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Advocates may refer a maximum of 25 friends, family members, or colleagues per session, and a maximum of 500 referrals throughout the entirety of the Program.
Advocates are eligible for a maximum of 20 referral rewards for the entirety of the Program.
Employees, contractors, and representatives of Endy or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

5. Privacy

Participation in the Program may require you to submit personal information about yourself and the individuals you refer (such as name, email address, and postal code). You agree to obtain your Friend’s consent before providing their personal information to Endy.All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Endy’s Privacy Policy (https://www.endy.com/privacy-policy). Personal information may be used by Endy to contact you or your Friend regarding participation in the Program, reward delivery, and other related communications.If you or your Friend opts out of marketing emails, Endy may still send administrative communications related to the Program.

6. Compliance

Participation in the Program must comply with all applicable Canadian laws, including but not limited to the Competition Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and consumer protection laws. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in disqualification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endy, its affiliates, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Endy is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed communications, or unauthorized access to Program accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Endy does not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Program Changes

Endy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to change reward type, reward values or eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. General

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Endy’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, by participating in the Program, each Advocate and Friend consents to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province or territory in which you reside, and by the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to and be bound by those laws and the courts of that jurisdiction.
