How does the 365-night mattress trial work?

The Endy Mattress is covered by a 365-night trial. That gives you up to a year from the date of delivery to decide if you love it as much as our 1 million happy sleepers. To begin your 365-night trial, simply purchase an Endy Mattress of any size from Endy.com.  If, for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with the Endy Mattress, simply reach out to our Customer Care team. While they may have a few questions to ask you about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the mattress return process at your request, and arrange for a no-hassle pickup and, where possible, donation of the returned mattress at no charge to you.

How do I unbox my Endy Mattress?

1. Open the Box You're that much closer to better sleep.  2. Unroll Pull the plastic flap to unseal the mattress. Unroll and place on your bed frame or foundation.  3. Unwrap Use a pair of scissors to remove the plastic wrap. Carefully cut along the plastic edges, making sure not to damage your mattress cover.  4. Watch It Expand Your Endy Mattress will be ready to sleep on right away and will reach perfect comfort in about a week.  5. Start Sleeping Enjoy a great night’s sleep!

Ideal for side sleepers, lightweight sleepers, and anyone who prefers a “cloud-like” feel.  Medium-Firm: Our most universal comfort level. Balanced support for side, back, and combination sleepers.  Firm: Stable and supportive with minimal sink. Recommended for back and stomach sleepers, or anyone seeking extra lift and alignment.  Not sure?
